The Finance Committee shall be responsible for preparation and submission of an annual budget; development and execution of an annual plan for funding the budget; oversight of the budget; preparation and maintenance of a five-year budget projection; and maintenance of the financial records of ACCE.

​Chaired by the Treasurer, the Finance Committee shall be responsible for the review, recommendation to the Board, and oversight of the annual budget developed and executed by the President. The proposed annual budget for the next fiscal year is to be presented to the Board for approval prior to the end of the current fiscal year.
