Professor of Practice-Construction Management and Director of Construction Management Program
Utica College, a small comprehensive college in Upstate New York, is seeking a non-tenure-track professor in the field of Construction Management beginning August 1, 2020, who will also serve as Director of the B.S. Program in Construction Management. This will be a three-year initial term. The successful candidate will teach a variety of construction management courses. As program director, will act as the primary leader of the program and its curriculum. The individual will work with enrollment management and marketing to recruit students into the program, as well as with community partners to explore internship and experiential learning opportunities.

MLSoC is a joint venture between the College of Engineering and the College of Architecture and Urban Studies with undergraduate programs in Construction Engineering and Management (ABET-accredited) and Building Construction (ACCE-accredited). Successful candidates will be required to teach courses within and across these programs, develop meaningful relationships with industry, and provide service to the School, the College, the University and the broader community. This position will require occasional travel to attend outreach events, conferences and/or other professional meetings.
